Hen Dog

A chef and a grower start a farm... Meet Hen Dog, a brand new collaboration between Bec from Black Hen Kitchen and Casey from Three Dogs Flower Farm.

We're based at the Growers Collective at Aruna Estate, Penrose. Growing in an acre market garden and a big ol' polytunnel, we're bringing a fresh approach to veggies, flowers, and agritourism in the Southern Highlands.

From spring 2026, we're offering heirloom tomato subscription boxes, plus on-farm workshops and culinary events. We cannot wait to share our produce, flowers, and experiences with you!

You can pick up our fresh produce and flowers on Thursdays at The Co-op Grower's Market at the Bowral Co-op. You'll also find us on occasion at weekend markets such as Exeter and Bundanoon.
