Sweet Pea is a beautiful cool hardy annual flower that climbs to 180cm tall. Sweet Pea 'Blue Shift' is simply an incredible flower to behold. Bred by Dr Keith Hammett, Blue Shift buds and young flowers start out a rich warm mauve and age out to a deep turquoise blue. It is also an incredibly prolific flowerer. You have to grow it to experience the colour changing magic for yourself.

Sweet Peas are one of the most nostalgic and beautiful flowers you can grow and it is a true favourite here at Three Dogs Flower Farm.

HOW TO GROW: Sow seeds directly into a well prepared garden bed in autumn, ideally on or around St Patrick's Day. Cover with 5-8mm soil. Do not overwet soil prior to germination or seeds will rot. Alternatively, you can sow into deep pots/cells and plant out into the garden as seedlings.
