Here at Hen Dog we have a ~thing~ for tomatoes. Real tomatoes, the meaty, sun-ripened, sugary, umami tomatoes only found in backyards and at tiny-scale farms. We've been obsessive heirloom tomato growers for nearly ten years, and this summer we're growing over 60 varieties in all shapes and sizes and colours of the rainbow to bring you something particularly lovely:

THE HEN DOG TOMATO SUBSCRIPTION BOX! Every week for TEN (10) weeks, you'll get one kilo of luscious, Southern Highlands-grown tomatoes.

Tomato Boxes can be collected Thursday's weekly from The Co-Op Grower's Market at Bowral Co-Op, 3pm - 5pm. Not able to pick up your tomato box one week? Please let us know in advance, or gift it to family or a friend.

Tomato boxes are a mixed farmers pick. Early in the season there will be more cherry tomatoes, with larger tomatoes coming in January onwards.

A small caveat is that we do include ONE non-heirloom tomato variety in our tomato boxes, and that is SunGold F1 hybrid. It is THAT good that we allow it to hang with the heirlooms!
